Hall of Fame Inductees for 2025
Albert Fanoga Class of 1992
Albert's legacy goes beyond numbers. As a standout at Ocean View, he was among the league’s top wide receivers—catching 21 passes for 363 yards and 3 touchdowns as a sophomore but what truly defined him was his selflessness. Whatever his team needed, Albert provided—from big catches to quiet leadership. He played with style, sure—but more importantly, with substance. He exemplified the Seahawk spirit—setting a standard for what it means to lead with character and team-first dedication. As a Senior Albert would be named to the All Sunset League team for the 3rd Time. Playing QB as a Senior because it's what the team needed, Albert never wavered and showed up everyday to practice and games to lead his team. Following his playing career at Ocean View Albert would go on to play Football at Valdosta State University.
Deshai Houston Class of 2000
Deshai isn’t just setting records—he’s embodying the values his dad, Coach Bill Houston, instilled in him. In just four games this season, he’s thrown for over 3,000 Yards including 26 Passing touchdowns, leading all of Orange County. His explosive performance—376 yards and 6 TDs in just three quarters against 29 Palms speaks volumes about his talent and poise. As a Senior Deshai lost his father he continued to play that season in his honor. It’s a powerful reminder that heart and purpose can lift us even in the face of grief. Deshai embodies the virtues and characteristics of what an Ocean View Seahawk is.
